EFIWE GOSSIP: Queen Idia Hall Retains 'Talk Of The Week' Title, Suspended UISU Pres. Ojo Aderemi Whisked Off By Abefele | See WHY!

Night View Of Queen Idia Hall Shot By @thebajoadeoye

Just days after 'Decrowning the Crowned' incident, Queen Idia Hall retains the 'Talk of the Week' title, all thanks to the Hall Chair, Heritage.. Issa 'Back2Back' sumtin!

According to Hawngist, The residents of Idia hall reportedly gathered to deal with their Hall Chairman who goes by *Heritage*, most likely for the “extreme” way she acted the night before.

Last night, some Idiaites, about 60 in number were prevented from entering the hall by the Hall Chairman for almost two hours. The Hall chairman who had decreed that the hostel gate would be locked by 10pm refused to open the gate for the Idiaites who couldn’t make it by that time, reportedly shutting out those who even made it by 10:03pm.
According to reports, despite pleadings and threats,  Heritage reportedly refused to open the gates and rebuffed pleas by her fellow excos. About 2 hours later, she relented and the tired Idiaites trooped in.
Tonight, Idiaites are clamoring for her head and word from the vine has it that she was probably beaten. The suspended student Union President, Ojo Aderemi,  who reportedly climbed the fence into Idia to address the issue has been whisked off by Abefele who later arrived at the scene.
To confirm this report, an Idiaite who pleaded to remain anonymous said;

Heritage locked the gate while some girls were outside, not just one or two oh,they were many...fine! Some from dinner,some from church programmes... They kept begging her and she refused to yield....

Ojo Aderemi came around,called heritage and she refused to pick up,so he jumped the fence to talk to her and beg on idiates  behalf..

The Assistant Hall Warden, I still don't know how she got to know what's happening, the gate was opened for only her, she entered without sparing the girls outside any glance and went straight for Aderemi. She even took pictures of idiates that are around and threatened us with SDC

Abefele took Aderemi to their security unit, He's still there as I'm typing this.

At as 12:20am on Monday, 18th Dec. 2017, it was also reported that the Suspended UISU President, Ojo Aderemi was released and some Idiaites embarked on a protest for the removal of Heritage as Hall Chair.
