away win when they visit the People's Elephants at the Adokiye
Ameisimaka stadium this weekend
The former Sunshine Stars of Akure forward ended his goal drought last Sunday after scoring twice their 3-1 win over Lobi Stars of Makurdi at the Agege Stadium.
Musa said that he knows the game against the defending champions will be tough, but insisted that Lobi’s victory will motivate them going into the game.
“We have a huge task against Enyimba this Sunday, it’s a game we must win but it’s not going to be easy for us,” Newman told MFM Media
“The win against Lobi Stars is a major boost for us as we go into the weekend match. Enyimba struggled in their last home game against Wikki Tourists. We need to build on our last game as we aim for the maximum points.
The striker added that the Fidelis Ilechukwu’s men can upset the People’s Elephants in their adopted home to ensure that they stay in the Nigerian topflight next season.
“A positive result in the match which I believe is achievable will keep us in the League irrespective
of the outcome of other matches involving other relegation threatened team.”
The Olukoya Boys are fiftteenth on the Nigerian top league table on 41 points from 33 NPFL matches.
