EFIWE SPORTS: Petr Cech Will Be Back On Saturday But Ramsey Still Out Of Hull City's Game

Ramsey still out injured but Cech to return against Hull - WengerThe Frenchman has confirmed the Wales midfielder is set to miss the next two games as he recovers from a hamstring problem, while Theo Walcott could feature on Saturday.

Aaron Ramsey will miss Arsenal’s next two games as he continues his recovery from a hamstring injury.

The Wales midfielder was expected to return to the squad for Saturday’s game against Hull City but Gunners boss Arsene Wenger revealed that he is being cautious over the injury.

Ramsey, 25, has been on the treatment table since injuring his hamstring during the opening day of the season defeat to Liverpool last month.
"We are cautious with him because we do not want a setback with his hamstring” said Wenger.
“Tuesday [against Nottingham Forest] is still too early for him.”

Wenger admitted after the Liverpool game that he had played Ramsey despite knowing that he was not physically ready to be involved, something which drew criticism from Wales manager Chris Coleman.

The Frenchman also confirmed Petr Cech will be back in goal against Hull after he was dropped for Arsenal's Champions League clash against Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday.

Theo Walcott could be back in the squad after also missing the PSG game while Olivier Giroud requires a late fitness check on a toe injury and Gabriel has returned to full training and could be back for the EFL Cup tie against Nottingham Forest on Tuesday.

Wenger added: "Cech will be back, yes. Not many other changes. Giroud has had a knock on Tuesday night, so I have to check if he is fit and available. It is his big toe. I have not spoken to the medical staff yet.

"At the start Giroud was a bit behind fitness-wise compared to Koscielny and Ozil [after Euro 2016]. It took him some time to get back but since last week he has been getting back to full fitness.
"Gabriel is back in normal training, I don't think he will be included but might play on Tuesday [against Forest]. So the injury situation is not bad at the moment."
